Ingredients
1 lb
Fresh spinach
2
Hard boiled eggs
6 strips
Bacon
Croutons
1
Small Onion
1/2 cup
Veg. Oil
2 Tbsp
Vinegar
1 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup
Sugar
1/4 cup
Ketchup
Step by Step Instructions
- Boil and slice egg. Fry bacon until crispy then crumble. Mix with spinach.
- For dressing dice onion and mix with vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and ketchup. Drizzle over salad shortly before serving.
